Cooperation Agreement signed with the "Polar Convoy" Regional Public Organization

On the 25th of October 2022 an Agreement on cooperation between the Northern Convoys International Centre and the St. Petersburg Regional Public Organization "Polar Convoy" has been signed.

The agreement covers the possibility of multilateral cooperation aimed at preserving the memory of the Arctic (Northern) Convoys of 1941-1945, including patriotic education of young people by the example of the feat of the Convoys’ participants, as well as in the organization and carrying out of historical research and other joint activities.

The "Polar Convoy" has functioned since 1995, and for more than 25 years of its existence, the organization has contributed greatly to the preservation of the memory of the Northern Convoys, bringing together the veterans of the convoys and their families from Russia and other countries.

We believe that cooperation between the International Centre and the "Polar Convoy" will be productive and will be marked by successful joint projects!
