The Proceedings of the 2021 ICOMAM Conference in Toledo have been published

An article by the Northern Convoys International Centre, written in co-authorship with the Department of International Humanitarian Relations of the St. Petersburg State University, describing the experience of creating the Memorial Complex "Northern Convoys", has been published in the journal "Preserving the Military Legacy", presenting the papers from the International Conference of the International Committee for Museums and Collections of Arms and Military History (ICOMAM). The International Conference "The Military Historical Legacy; Mirror of the Past, Reflections for the Future" was held in November 2021 in Toledo, Spain. Vladimir Solomonov, director of the International Center, participated in the conference in person.
