The exhibition of the International Centre was presented at the conference in Istanbul

On 15-17 October 2024 in Istanbul (Turkey) took place the IX International Conference ‘Youth Participation in the Preservation of Cultural Heritage’, which was attended by representatives of 18 countries - Algeria, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Croatia, France, Greece, India, Italy, Iran, Turkey, Oman, Pakistan, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Russia and the United States; 64 oral presentations and 49 posters have been presented.

On 16 October 2024, Elena Elts, Associate Professor of the Department of International Humanitarian Relations of St. Petersburg State University, the only participant from Russia, made a 15-minute oral report ‘The Problems and Prospects of the Travelling Exhibitions  of Historical Museums’, which presented the collection and experience of exhibition activities of the 'Northern Convoys International Centre' Foundation.

The website of the international organisation ‘Youth Participation in the Preservation of Cultural Heritage’ published a video prepared by E. Eltz and the Director of the Foundation Vladimir P. Solomonov telling about the exhibition ‘Allied (Northern) Convoys and Lend-Lease 1941-1945’, which has been presented at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University since 24 September (https://www.yococu.com/en/yococu-2024/yococu-2024-video-contributions/).
