STUDENTS OF RUSSIAN STATE HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL UNIVERSITY GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE EXHIBITION OF OUR FOUNDATION

On October 16, 2024 in the conference hall of the Hydrometeorological University in St.Petersburg a scientific seminar was held, organised by the Department of Applied and System Ecology, Student Scientific Society of the Ecological Faculty.

After the seminar its participants - students and teachers of the University - got acquainted with the exhibition ‘Allied (Northern) Convoys and Lend-Lease 1941-1945’ of the Northern Convoys International Centre. The exhibition is being presented in the Hydrometeorological University since 24 September.

Vladimir Solomonov, Director of the Foundation, told the participants about the history of the Northern Convoys, the Foundation's activities and events, and gave a short tour of the exhibition.

We are glad that the student and teaching community of the Hydrometeorological university become guests of our exhibition, and we look forward to further expansion of co-operation with the students and staff of the university!
